Noise from the street made sleep difficult!!! Plumbing issues with slow drainage affected overall comfort!!! Poorly placed mirrors and light switches lacked attention to usability!!! Fridge size was inconvenient for personal storage!!!

poor soundproofing

poor shower

i was absolutely shocked by how poorly sound proofed the rooms are, hearing my neighbor’s music like it was my own. the shower placement is beyond odd, flooding the bathroom left and right. a complimentary welcome gift woudl ve been nice since i endured all this. i just couldn’t leave a good review here.

The hot tub was a fantastic feature, but

the room had a slightly damaged TV and some loose bedding. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
